Consider, ponder, meditate on this. Isaiah 40:25 says, “To whom then will you like Me? or to whom shall I be equal?” There is only One who can set us free.
John 8:36 says, “Therefore if the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed!” How does He do it? Through truth. Verse 32 says that when we abide in His word, that we, “…shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” Assimilated embraced truth.
Truth is a Person, not a fact. John 1:14 says that He is the word, “…full of grace and truth.” I love this verse in the Amplified. I picture it as one stacked upon the other. Verse 16 says, “For out of His fullness (abundance) we have all received (all had a share and we were all supplied with) one grace after another and spiritual blessing upon spiritual blessing and even favor upon favor and gift (heaped) upon gift.”
