John 15:7 in the Amplified says, “If you live in Me (abide vitally united to Me) and My words remain in you and continue to live in your hearts…” We fellowship with the Lord through His word which is living and powerful. 

Isaiah 55:3 says, “Incline your ear, and come to Me. Hear, and your soul shall live…” Psalm 40:1 says, “I waited patiently for the Lord; and He inclined to me, and heard my cry.” Incline means to listen favorably.

2 Peter 1:3 says that He has given us everything we need through our relationship with Him. Isaiah 55:1 says, “Ho! Everyone who thirsts, come to the waters…” Psalm 42:1-2 says, “As the deer pants for the water brooks, so pants my soul for You, O God. My soul thirsts for God, for the living God…”

Psalm 63:1 says, “O God, you are my God; early will I see You; my soul thirsts for You; my flesh longs for You in a dry and thirsty land where there is no water.” Our true satisfaction is found in Him.
