Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego endured a strong set trap luring them to save their lives. Daniel 3:12-23. The Lord provided His way of escape for them that is a testimony for us today. 

Daniel 11:32 says, “…but the people who know their God shall be strong, and carry out great exploits.” King Nebuchadnezzar was in a rage. He threatened them. The three young Hebrew men stood their ground. They declared God as their True Deliverer. 

Daniel 3:17 says, “If that is the case, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and He will deliver us from your hand, O king.”

One of David’s mighty men was Eleazar. 2 Samuel 23:10 says, “He arose and attacked the Philistines until his hand was weary, and his hand stuck to the sword…” What a picture for us ~ cling to God’s word in the face of temptations.

James 1:21 says that the implanted word will save our soul. As we bring His pure word into our hearts, our mind, will, and emotions will align with His word.
